The staff was accommodating and exceptional and we liked the main bar. Comforts of twin room were fabulous - tea and coffee making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a study table. The food was great with plenty of choice!

Decent hotel.

Nice room with comfy beds. Decent pub with reasonably priced food and drinks.

Our booking stated that breakfast was included, but the hotel insisted that it wasn't so we had to pay.

The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a lovely kettle for hot drinks. The free WiFi worked perfectly for my needs, and I felt right at home. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

A couple of staff not so good but overrall excellent, Good clean rooms and bedding ,towells , And locality just far enough away from Luton town centre.

Bathroom light did not work had to get sorted the next day. And bar shutting at 10.30 pm as rushed back and at dead on ten thirty would not serve me.
